The depandance Susino is situated on the ground floor in the most antique part of the renovated farmhouse. It has a living room with sofa, and a bedroom with a double bed which also can be used as two single beds.
Susino can be rented only as a depandance, adding two bed places to the five already existing in Noce’s.

Gelso is an apartment on the ground floor of Casale Giuncarelli with scenic views of Florence and the hills. It includes a cozy living room with two large sofas , kitchen, two double bedroom and two bathroom. The main bedroom has the bathroom ensuite and the possibility to add the third bed.

Farnia is a apartment just above the pool, with large windows that overlook Florence and the Chianti Hills. it has two double bedrooms, the main bedroom has a private patio, and a bathroom. The kitchen and a living room that are combined into a unique sunny and airy space looking out to the main patio for your breakfast and lunch outdoor.
Apartment Noce

Noce is a big two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, whit a beatiful view overlooking Florence on one side, on the other side overlooking Fiesole hills.
You'll walk up an old stone staircase to get in. It has a big kitchen with laundry space and a table for 6-8.
The main bedroom has the bathroom en suite, the second one, has a bathroom near the living room.
Outside, Noce has its own spot in the garden with tables, chairs, and a parasol, perfect for eating outside or just chilling, all with a beautiful view of the olive-covered hills.
There is also the possibility of adding a depandance (Susino) to the apartment, the entrance is on the ground floor, right at the beginning of the stone staircase.
